Himanshu has over 25 years of extensive work experience in Investment Banking, Fund Raising and Information Technology. Himanshu has successfully closed several Private Equity, M&A, and Strategic Advisory transactions.  He has worked on transactions across sectors, including Technology, Industrials, Clean Tech, Logistics, Chemicals and BFSI.

Before founding Anplify, Himanshu had worked with several organizations of repute including Henkel, Infosys, Meghraj Capital and SMC Capitals.  Himanshu is a Chemical Engineer, an MBA and has cleared two levels of the CFA certification.

Himanshu enjoys cycling, swimming, travelling and playing chess.

Aditya leads Strategy and Business Development at Anplify.

He has sixteen years of work experience, which is spread across business consulting, financial research, transaction advisory, and risk management. Aditya has worked extensively in the Financial Technology space, including supporting investment banks and startups on buy-side and sell-side deals.

Aditya is also an active business writer with numerous pieces to his credit. He has also authored several industry analysis reports on sectors like Payments, InsuranceTech, BankTech, Data and Analytics, BPO, and Healthtech.

He holds an MBA from IBS-Pune and BA (Hons) in Political Science from the University of Delhi. He has cleared Level 1 of the CFA Program.

Outside work, Aditya enjoys travelling, reading, meditating, cooking, and watching sports. His favorite reading topics include international relations, political history, and spirituality.

Kaushik leads Transaction Support and Internal Operations at Anplify.

He specializes in a wide range of investment banking activities including preparation of Information Memorandums, Pitch Books, Investor Presentations, Industry Analysis and Company Profiling.

Kaushik worked with Accenture India prior to joining Anplify. He has done his MBA in Finance from ISBR, Bengaluru and completed his graduation in Biotechnology from VIT University, Vellore.

He enjoys playing chess, travelling, and watching movies.

Karan leads Financial Modeling and Equity Research projects at Anplify.

He has several years of experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, Financial Modeling, Valuations, Business Research and Analysis. Karan’s sectors of expertise include Technology, SaaS, Mining & Exploration, and Biotechnology.

Karan is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and an Economics (Hons.) graduate from the University of Delhi.

In his free time, Karan loves playing basketball, badminton, and chess.

Vartika focuses on Business Research and Transaction Support projects at Anplify.

She has several years of work experience, spread across Financial Modeling, Valuations, Business Research, and Credit Analysis. Vartika’s sectors of expertise include Retail, SaaS, Consumer Products, and Manufacturing.

Before joining Anplify, Vartika worked at Evalueserve, supporting multiple Investment Banks and Advisory Firms in their deal execution process.

She has cleared all three levels of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from IMT CDL, Ghaziabad and a Bachelors in Commerce (Hons.) from Hansraj College, University of Delhi.

In her free time, she likes reading books and watching movies.

Vishakha leads Human Resources at Anplify.

She has several years of experience in resource planning, performance management, employee engagement, and recruitment.

Prior to joining Anplify, she led the HR function at Hiral Labs where she successfully managed the entire employee lifecycle.

She has also worked with the Uttarakhand Human Rights Commission and various labor law firms. Vishakha holds a Master’s in Law from Libra School of Law and specializes in labor and employment laws.

Outside of work, she enjoys watching movies, listening to Jazz and reading.
