Himanshu has over 25 years of extensive work experience in Investment Banking, Fund Raising and Information Technology. Himanshu has successfully closed several Private Equity, M&A, and Strategic Advisory transactions.  He has worked on transactions across sectors, including Technology, Industrials, Clean Tech, Logistics, Chemicals and BFSI.

Before founding Anplify, Himanshu had worked with several organizations of repute including Henkel, Infosys, Meghraj Capital and SMC Capitals.  Himanshu is a Chemical Engineer, an MBA and has cleared two levels of the CFA certification.

Himanshu enjoys cycling, swimming, travelling and playing chess.

Aditya leads Strategy and Business Development at Anplify.

He has 16 years of work experience, which is spread across business consulting, financial research, transaction advisory, and risk management. Aditya has worked extensively in the Financial Technology space, including supporting investment banks and startups on buy-side and sell-side deals.

Aditya is also an active business writer with numerous pieces to his credit. He has also authored several industry analysis reports on sectors like Payments, InsuranceTech, BankTech, Data and Analytics, BPO, and Healthtech.

He holds an MBA from IBS-Pune and BA (Hons) in Political Science from the University of Delhi. He has cleared Level 1 of the CFA Program.

Outside work, Aditya enjoys travelling, reading, meditating, cooking, and watching sports. His favorite reading topics include international relations, political history, and spirituality.

Amit focuses on Investment Banking and Private Equity projects at Anplify.

He has over 13 years of experience in Investment Research, Financial Modelling, and Investment Operations. He has supported Private Equity and Venture Capital firms in deal execution. Amit’s sectors of expertise include Energy, Infrastructure, Tech Solutions, Industrials, Logistics, Aviation, and BFSI.

Before joining Anplify, Amit worked with Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Sharjah Asset Management Holding. He has cleared all three levels of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program. He holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Indore and is also a Chartered Accountant (CA).

In his free time, Amit enjoys playing golf, exercising, and traveling.

Shivam focuses on Financial Research and Analysis projects for Investment Banks and Private Equity funds at Anplify.

He has several years of experience in Financial Research, Financial Modeling, Valuations, Pitch Books, Deal Documentation and Company Profiling. Shivam’s sector of expertise include Metals & Mining, Commercial Real Estate, and Oil & Gas.

Prior to joining Anplify, Shivam worked in the Investment Banking division at Acuity Knowledge Partners. He also worked at a boutique investment banking firm in Delhi, where he focused on seed and Series A fundraising for Indian startups, as well as secretarial compliance and transaction advisory.

Shivam has cleared Level I of the CFA Program and Company Secretary (CS) Executive exams. He holds a BA (Hons.) in Business Economics from the University of Delhi.

In his free time, Shivam enjoys playing football, table tennis, and watching movies.

Ananya focuses on Investment Banking Research and Transaction Support projects at Anplify.

Before joining Anplify, Ananya worked at Kapso Business Services. She was responsible for due diligence and strategic evaluations to support seed-stage funding for early-stage ventures.

She specializes in a wide range of investment banking activities including the preparation of Information Memorandums, Pitch Books, Investor Presentations, Industry Analysis, and Company Profiling. She has completed projects across sectors and specializes in B2C, Healthcare, Technology, SaaS, and Manufacturing.

She has cleared Level I of the CFA Program and completed her graduation in B.Com. (Hons) from Barkatullah University, India.

In her free time, she likes painting and baking.

Harsh focuses on transaction support projects at Anplify.

He has worked on an extensive range of projects, including preparation of information memorandums, pitch books, investor presentations, industry analysis, financial models, and company profiling. He has completed projects across sectors and specializes in SaaS, Technology, Industrial Services, Construction, Mining, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Business Services.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Economics from the University of Delhi.

In his free time, he enjoys playing chess and running.

Prerna leads Human Resources at Anplify.

She has several years of experience in employee engagement, performance management, and recruitment.

Prior to joining Anplify, she worked at Tata Consultancy Services where she was involved in HR strategy, performance management and employee lifecycle management. She also worked at Prism Johnson Limited where she focused on talent acquisition, employee relations and engagement.

She has done her MBA in Human Resources from PIMR, Indore and completed her graduation in BBA (Human Resources) from Mata Gujri Women’s College, Jabalpur.

Outside work, Prerna enjoys traveling and painting.
